• We are looking for new team members interested in working on
  the heartbeat of the native XING main app.
• The XING Interfaces & Foundations teams take care of the
  vital elements to the whole Android app development like
  architecture, performance, navigation and design systems in which
  we provide components all contributing teams to use when building
  great features. For that we find future proof solutions and
  concepts in collaboration with designers.
• We adapt to the evolution of new OS and devices.
• We keep a holistic view, drive changes that impact all
  contributing teams and consult on our expertise.
• You will work in a professional team of various professions
  within a dynamic and agile development environment.
• You will be part of the overall XING community of Android
  developers, sharing best practices as well as knowledge and code to
  the main XING application.
• You’ll play an active part in shaping our product!

• You are proficient in Kotlin and Java and you have been
  building Android applications.
• You have profound knowledge of the Android SDK.
• You are proficient in Android frameworks. It is a plus if you
  are also familiar with RxJava, MVP, Uda Systems, Dagger.
• You have a test-driven development mindset, and strive for
  building testable, predictable and performing code.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Espresso and
  Calabash would be a big plus.
• You are fine with our business language being English.
• You are curious and constantly evolving with the technology
  trends, and willing to embrace change.
• Ideally if you have published your own app, contributed to an
  open source project, spoke at a conference and/or published blog
  posts. If so, please include those in your application.
• You are comfortable working in distributed teams.
• You collaborate with people of different roles, backgrounds,
  preferences and skills, and you contribute to the success of the
  company.
