Function Owner – Digital Maps, ADAS and HAD (Ingolstadt)

Are you fascinated by digital maps, ADAS and HAD and you would like
to further support these areas as a Function Owner? In addition,
have you initial professional experience in these topics regarding
the automotive sector? Then you ve come to the right place in our

RESPONSIBILITIES

> definition and specification of map requirements for the
development of ADAS and HAD functions
> review and quality check of map data for functions of
partially and highly automated driving
> definition of interfaces between connected maps
> supplier management
> error analysis and bug fixing in cooperation with development
partners
> rollout planning according to project milestones
> clearance of map data
REQUIREMENTS

> completed technical study program (in geodesy, electrical
engineering, information technology, computer science or a similar
field of study) or comparable training with corresponding
experience
> first development experience with complex products, ideally in
the field of automotive, navigation or software development
> interest in HD maps
> knowledge of automotive map formats such as NDS, RDF or
Protobuf
> experienced in dealing with map information (vector tiles) or
interfaces such as ADASIS or SENSORIS
> know-how in the field of map matching and route
calculation
> deeper understanding of connected services and backend-based
infrastructure for map services
> strong communication skills, quick grasp and team-oriented
thinking
> fluent in German and English
