Senior Vice President Processes and Tools – Infrastructure and Operations (f/m/d) (Frankfurt)

The department Infractructure &Operations of Deutsche Börse
Group is in charge of providing shared IT infrastructure services
to all product lines. We are operating networks, data centres,
security, and storage as well as ITSM processes and tools in a
banking regulated environment. With our cloud strategy we are going
to operate public as well as private cloud environments.We are
passionate in operating our environment to the highest degree of
stability while using strategic partners to be at the edge of
technology and processes to address the sweet spot of costs,
compliance and operational stability. This is the challenge we took

The section Processes and Tools is responsible for ITSM and related
processes and the audit/service management. This includes design,
implementation and operation of respective processes and tools, the
organization of audits and service management related activities,
as well as reporting.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Leading a section with three teams in a diverse
  environment and distributed over several locations
• Being a role model as a people- and organizational leader
  – significant portion of your time will be to develop individuals
  within your organization and to stabilize and develop the
  interfaces to the overall organization
• First point of contact for all business operations
  related deliverables of the department
• Prime contact for all audit related processes. This
  includes internal audit as well as external auditors
• Being process owner for Incident, problem, asset, license
  and management processes
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the operations
  tool set
• Implement and develop further a process- and KPI-oriented
  thinking

Qualifications / required
skills

• 10 years of experience in software or banking industry
  with background in Application maintenance, IT Operations or
  Service Management
• Experience in leading teams, either as a line manager or
  being responsible within a matrix organisation
• Proven experience with at least one process management
  framework: ITIL, Cobit, ISO 9000, 27000, six sigma
• Experience in banking regulation would be helpful (EBA,
  MA Risk, BAIT, CSSF)
• Excellent analytical and structure thinking approach with
  the capability to translate complexity into simplicity
• Language skills – fluent English, German/French an
  advantage
• Experience in managing a shared service to internal
  customers (changes, reporting, KPI´s, escalations)
• Willingness to travel (ca. 10%)
