Customer Success Manager SaaS (m|f|d) (Munich)

Hello, we are Regiondo, a dynamic, fast-growing
international start up with its head office in Munich. Founded in
2011 our company is an independent subsidiary of the Jochen
Schweizer mydays Group. With our innovative software solution, we
digitize providers of events and experiences. We enable them to
distribute their offer through their own website as well as
external portals such as Expedia, GetyourGuide, Musement or
Viator.

Our goal: extensive growth of our customer base all over
Europe. That is why we’re looking for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO – YOUR DAILY
TASKS:

• As a reliable consultant, mediator, ambassador and coach,
  your responsibility is to ensure that our B2B customers achieve
  their strategic business goals.
• You’ll actively help shape our KPI-driven customer
  success management process – always with the aim of building and
  maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
• You’ll proactively ensure that the acceptance and optimum
  use of our software continually increases among our
  customers.
• You’ll stay aware of our customers’ needs, collecting and
  analysing their feedback so that we can provide them with the best
  online shop presence and back-office functionality
  possible.
• In this role, you’ll work closely and across different
  functions with other departments (product, sales, support,
  marketing, development and others).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• You’ll be a qualified IT specialist, have completed
  technical training or have a degree in computer science, business
  information systems or IT management. But regardless of which
  qualifications apply to you, you’ll be a real digital native with
  comprehensive practical expertise supported by a solid foundation
  of theory.
• Your open, empathetic and goal-oriented communication
  will stand out among the competition.
• Your way of working, both independently and in a team,
  will be motivated, solution-focused and efficient.
• And, last but not least, you’ll impress us with your
  great German and English communication skills – and score bonus
  points for any additional languages!
