Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) – 40% remote possible (Mannheim)

Our client located in Mannheim is a fast-growing start-up that
is focused on helping other companies to produce, move, sell and
maintain physical goods by automating their operations using data
and artificial intelligence. The main focus is on customer
satisfaction and creating value by delivering end-to-end projects
from design to implementation. For his location in Mannheim, our

Main tasks:

• Manage IT projects in classic and efficient way regarding time,
  resource, and quality, according to the required IT Project
  Management Policies
• Start, lead, and control the project (technically elaborate
  projects or programs) including report to the Portfolio Management
  and to the Steering Committee
• Since the early stage of the project initialization, you will
  support and lead the projects until they are successfully turned
  over to operational business
• International and local projects management with focus on SAP
  or non-SAP projects
• Coordinate test cycles (e.g., integration-, regression-,
  validation-test) throughout the project

Your technical qualifications:

• Project Management education by certified PM organization or
  correspondent
• First experience in leading IT projects and programs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal skills, and team player
  abilities
• Good German language skills 

Your personal qualifications:

• Open mindset, passion to work with people, and positive
  attitude
