Scrum Master (Ingolstadt)

To support our product development teams, we are seeking a Scrum
Master, who is motivated to guide one or more development teams in
their agile processes and teambuilding.
RESPONSIBILITIES

> Monitoring of several projects
> Maintain values, principles and best practice of Agile
development
> Conduct and improve all activities related to SCRUM
> Act as a mediator and conflict manager between different
roles
> Establish the flow of information between product owner and
project team
> Protect and improve team efficiency and velocity
> Constant optimization of processes
REQUIREMENTS

> University degree in relevant field
> Experience in product development projects
> Knowledge of Agile methodologies
> Fluent English and German (business level)
> High proactivity, self-dependence and flexibility
> Stress resistance, quick comprehension and focus on defined
goals
> Ability to multi-task, well organized and structured way of
working
> SCRUM.org certification and SAFe certification are
beneficial
> Coaching skills are beneficial
