Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) – Part-time (60-80% – 5 days per week)

The job

Your job is varied and requires polyvalent skills! You support our office in Montreux. It is requested that the assistant is present at least every day of the week.

Your main tasks include:

  • Coordinate all administrative tasks for the Office Montreux:
    • Operate phone, distribute mail, manage corporate cars, organize business trips and trainings, follow-up on timesheets and expenses
    • Coordinate appointments, write letters
    • HR support / administrative consulting, order office supplies, maintenance of files, etc.
    • Ad hoc administrative tasks, buy food and drinks for office canteen
    • Planning and preparation of meetings, jubilees, social events and seminars
    • Internal communication with our other german speaking offices
  • Support the project coordinator with the day-to-day administrative tasks for the project team in collaboration with the project leader

Your Qualifications

You should join us if you have a commercial education and a minimum of two years of professional experience in administrative project matters. You have a flair for numbers and good working knowledge of MS Office applications is natural for you.

In addition to be fluent in French you are also fluent in English (project language) and German skills are a plus. Personally, you are characterised by fast learning, high operational readiness and resilience as well as flexibility.

You enjoy achieving your success within a team and have the necessary assertiveness and communication skills. Even in hectic situations you keep the focus on the essentials.
